The Sixth Pay Commission has been established by the government of West Bengal to fix the wages and salaries for the employees of the state. The commission was established on 1 January 2016 and will be in place until 1 January 2020. The commission will be responsible for determining the salaries and allowances for government employees in the state. The commission will also recommend the amount of the salary and allowance for private sector employees. The commission will also be responsible for determining the amount of the income tax and the amount of the tax credit.
How can I use the app?
You can use this app to calculate your salary after the implementation of the sixth pay commission. You have to just enter your current salary in the pay band and select your grade pay, HRA, and hit the calculation button.
Also, you can calculate what should be your gross salary after increment or promotional fixation.
